Hello everyone!, sorry I have not been around, now that everytone know's what I have been through, everyone, that matters, I found the need to erase my blog, well I am 187 full pounds of muscle, I am getting ready to make a small video dance workout, I have been growing with my ultimate workout. It includes, giant sets, 2 per workout, rest pause, drop sets, on ocassion partials, warm ups, 12 to 20 reps, first giant set, the second giant set is all 12 reps, but here is the kicker, put on a weight that makes you fail between 5 and 8 reps, now rest pause or dropset unti you reach12 or more reps, if you can do more than 14, 15 reps your drop was to much or you rested to much for your rest pause.
